Unblended — room to breathe, on demand
A free, guided Internal Family Systems unblending exercise. AGPL licensed and private by architecture: no server, no account, no AI, no tracking. Nothing you write ever leaves your device.
IFS is easy to read about and nearly impossible to run on yourself in the exact moment a part of you has taken the wheel. The steps are simple; recalling them mid-storm is not. Unblended holds them so you don't have to.
- Guided six-step session following the six Fs — Find, Focus, Flesh out, Feel toward, beFriend, Fear — with a two-minute short version for when things are already loud
- Catches blending as it happens. When irritation or "I just want it gone" shows up mid-session, the app turns you toward that reactive part instead of pushing forward — the loop that is the whole method
- Parts library and journal with a pattern summary over time; export and import your data as JSON, readable timestamps included
- Installable PWA that works fully offline — a handful of static files, no build step, no dependencies, no network calls
- Deliberate clinical limits: stops at protectors and never directs unguided work toward exiles
- Free software under GNU AGPL v3 — read it, fork it, verify every privacy claim in the source
